Working out what intercompany agreements are required doesn’t have to be hard work

Intercompany Agreements

21 November 2024

You’ve established that a group’s suite of ICAs isn’t fit for purpose. Good. Next question: what exactly is likely to be required? That’s a bit more difficult to answer. We think that our free scoping tool will be a great help.

We designed it together with our long-term supplier Documate, who are experts in automating legal documentation. As a result, the tool is very easy to use: you simply select the transaction types which apply, and the tool then asks all the necessary follow-up questions about pricing methods and so on. You don’t have to enter any personal information.

At the end, you can download a simple report that clearly shows the types of ICAs that the group requires and, if you wish, request a fee quote.

Why not take a look? (You can try it out without giving real answers.)

Finally, we are always trying to refine and improve everything we do, and the scoping tool is no exception. So if you have any comments about it – whether positive or critical – I’d love to hear them.
