Our Founders

LCN Legal is a London-based family business, founded by Paul and Xiaofang Sutton in 2013.

Paul Sutton

Paul has over 20 years’ experience as a practicing corporate lawyer. He started off at a niche Anglo-German law firm and progressed from trainee to partner, mainly helping German, Swiss and Austrian clients. He then moved to KPMG’s law firm in the UK, and helped to co-ordinate relationships with the other law firms associated with KPMG internationally.

He also began working closely with international tax professionals, focusing on the legal implementation of reorganisations for large corporates. He continued that work as a partner at McGrigors LLP and at Pinsent Masons LLP, before setting up LCN Legal.
