Paul has over 20 years’ experience as a practicing corporate lawyer. He started off at a niche Anglo-German law firm and progressed from trainee to partner, mainly helping German, Swiss and Austrian clients. He then moved to KPMG’s law firm in the UK, and helped to co-ordinate relationships with the other law firms associated with KPMG internationally.
He also began working closely with international tax professionals, focusing on the legal implementation of reorganisations for large corporates. He continued that work as a partner at McGrigors LLP and at Pinsent Masons LLP, before setting up LCN Legal.
Xiaofang was born in Henan province, China, and studied law in Beijing. She came to the UK in 2008 and completed an LLM at the University of Edinburgh. After that, she worked at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and helped to set up the Chamber’s Chinese Business Association. She brings personal and professional experience of the challenges faced by Chinese businesses. Now, as part of LCN Legal, she co-ordinates the operations and guides overall strategy and creative marketing for LCN. One of her main focus is to maintain and expand LCN’s presence in the International Transfer Pricing community. Xiaofang is passionate about the roles of women in business particularly in the area of international corporate structures and Transfer Pricing. She is also the co-founder of Chinese Mums in Business Club.
