It’s been a little over a year since LCN Legal first opened its doors. We thought it would be a good time to ask our clients how we’ve been doing, so that we can take on board any feedback and improve the service we provide.


We are delighted to report that we have been rated an average of 4.94 out of 5 for speed and efficiency.

The average ratings we were given in response to the questions in the survey as a whole were as follows:

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness: 4.75 out of 5
  • How collaborative and proactive we are: 4.69 out of 5
  • Satisfaction with overall value: 4.75 out of 5
  • Likelihood to recommend us to friends and colleagues: 4.88 out of 5
