What every tax professional should know about Intercompany Agreements: launching our new guide

We have launched a new guide to intercompany agreements for transfer pricing. It is designed for tax and transfer pricing professionals who want to put in place appropriate intercompany agreements for their multinational groups.

The guide provides practical information including:

The LCN Legal Interview: Dr Achim Hofmann, former European General Counsel at Sharp Electronics

This one is a little more personal, because Dr Hofmann was my first boss in a legal job. He was kind enough to employ me in his legal team at Sharp’s European headquarters in Hamburg. I had just finished law school and was about to start my legal traineeship. Dr Hofmann put up with my monumental ignorance and naivety – for which I am very grateful. If you're anything like me, you might be a little flabbier and a little less toned than you would like. I've just started a 90-day challenge, which involves exercising 6 days a week. I'll let you know how it goes.
