New: LCN Legal publishes free checklist for loan servicing arrangements

LCN Legal has announced the publication of a new free resource for the originators and servicers of loan portfolios: a checklist of key commercial terms for loan servicing agreements.

The checklist is currently published as a "Beta" version, and a revised version will be made available, taking into account feedback received from our community.

This project is being lead by Marsili Hale, who joined LCN Legal from US law firm Shearman & Sterling earlier this year. Commenting on the project, Marsili said:

"As with any other commercial arrangement, it's critical that the parties have a common understanding of the key terms. This checklist is designed to speed up the negotiation and documentation process, by focussing the parties' attention on the issues that matter."
