New: LCN Legal publishes a free checklist for back-up servicing arrangements for marketplace lending platforms

LCN Legal has announced the publication of a new free resource for P2P and marketplace lending platforms and loan servicers: a checklist of key commercial terms for back-up servicing arrangements.

A key feature of the Financial Conduct Authority’s approach to regulating online lending platforms is to require that they have a back-up plan in place. This new checklist is part of a project lead by LCN Legal's Marsili Hale, and is designed to help P2P and marketplace lending platforms put in place the back-up arrangements they need.
