HMRC's Profit Diversion Compliance Facility – Private Discussion Group with Mark Carnduff

Intercompany Agreements

24 May 2019

Following HMRC’s announcement of the Profit Diversion Compliance Facility (PDCF), a number of multinational groups have received so-called ‘nudge’ letters from HMRC, encouraging them to consider registering for the facility. Still more groups have made unprompted disclosure, or are in the process of preparing to make disclosure.

On 27 June 2019, LCN Legal's co-founder Paul Sutton will be a guest panellist at a private discussion group hosted by FTI, which will give you the opportunity to hear directly from Mark Carnduff, leader of the PDCF, about how HMRC is dealing with disclosure under the facility so far and how it expects to deal with instances of failure to disclose. The discussion will be chaired by Ruth Steedman, who leads FTI’s Transfer Pricing team, with expert input from Paul Sutton. Businesses will have the opportunity to submit questions anonymously in advance, which will be put to Mark Carnduff during the event (time permitting). Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
