Hello from the other side

Yes, I’ll admit it. My colleagues and I are corporate lawyers. But we often get confused with other types of people.

We’re not property lawyers (although one of our core specialisms is creating property-related structures, such as JVs and partnerships). We’re not tax advisers (although we work alongside tax advisers on almost all our projects, and we get very excited about Entrepreneurs’ Relief, Investors’ Relief, Withholding Tax and Transfer Pricing).
