Some people imagine that introducing automation will require advanced technological skills or a big team of developers, but that is definitely not the case. You don’t need a huge budget either. I think the biggest blocker is time: there’s no point in lining up technology solutions if you don’t have the mental bandwidth to tailor them to your specific needs. Which is why a ‘start small’ approach can really pay off.
